Title: Flex Developer Client: RCN Herndon, VA Rate: $45/hr Job Description: 6+ years of experience with hands-on experience in design, architecting and development of Flash/Flex applications. Sound knowledge on Rich Internet programming Sound knowledge of Flex Architecture Strong in Object Oriented Programming skills Strong background in Flash Actionscript 2.0/3.0 and Flex 2.0/3.0. Experience in client-side web technologies such as DHTML, Javascript, and CSS. Knowledge of design patterns, Cairngorm architecture Knowledge of best-practices in Flex/Flash Must have been exposed to full SDLC process Must be able to translate functional specifications into technical solutions. Manage process to identify, debug, and fix logical or compilation errors. Identify a course of action for debugging complex logical or system problems Deployment experience of large applications Must possess good communication and leadership skills. Must have solid development & design skills Must have hands-on expertise in implementing and trouble shooting solutions and must be able to dive in deep.
