Minimum of Siebel 7 Consultant Certification is a MUST HAVE
Montgomery County Government (MCG) has selected Siebel Public Sector 8.1 as
the software solution for the MC311 initiative.
MCG seeks a highly skilled and experienced Siebel Solution Architect to
develop the proposed future MC311 solution.
Scope of Work and Requirements:
1. Public sector, enterprise CRM expert to envision the future state
of the business and create a clear strategy for achieving County s
Enterprise MC311 vision and solution.
2. Must have the following experience:
a. Minimum of Siebel 7 Consultant Certification.
b. Eight (8) or more years of Siebel consulting experience, of which
12 months must be with the Siebel Public Sector product line using case
management modules.
c. Demonstrated Siebel application, technical and integration
experience
d. Demonstrated experience with the following Siebel modules:
Case Management
Call Center
eService
eSmartscripts
e. Experience with the use and developing Salesforce.com modules
(desired)
f. Experience with knowledge management development (desired)
g. Experience with GIS development (desired)
