OO Design, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Code Reviews. • Experience with software design patterns, especially the MVC pattern. • Strong application design skills and the ability to represent those designs in UML. • Significant experienced with Spring, Hibernate, J2EE, Cruise Control, CVS, Subversion, HTML, JavaScript • Extensive experience with mid-tier server side technologies. Experienced in multi-tier, component-based architecture and design. • Experience using SOA technologies such as SOAP, WSDL, XML Schemas, etc. • Very strong team-interaction skills • Excellent communication skills • Excellent problem solving skills Experience working with web services Architecture experience with multi-tier enterprise level applications.
