*Role*:  *SAP HCM Talent Learning and Performance Management (Main Skill –
Must Have)*

*Location*: TX

*Duration*:  5/15 – 8/31

*Notes*:  Will consider people outside of TX – but the client will not pay
for relocation costs.

*Consulting* *Skills*:

·         Expertise and experience in Business Process Engineering and
Management (using ARIS toolkit preferred)

o        leading/participating in client process workshops,

o        as-is/to-be process mapping,

o        business requirements gathering,

o        control framework analysis,

o        RICEF requirements gathering

·         Strong verbal and written Communication Skills

·         Expertise in use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Project)

Technical Skills:

·         Primary Focus: *SAP Learning Management (LSO)*

o        experience of learning in a COMPLIANCE-BASED INDUSTYRY (Utilities)
highly preferred

o        knowledge of LSO best practice design

·         Secondary Focus: *SAP Performance Management (within SAP Talent
Management)*

o        experience in compliance based industry preferred

o        knowledge of best practice design

·         Additional skills:

o        Experience in SAP Recruitment (white & blue collar)

o        Experience in SAP Organizational Dynamics and Succession Planning
