*POSITION DETAILS

*1)  *Two Senior Data Analysts :

*Expert in single or multiple technical disciplines.  Provides Expert
guidance and insight into specific technologies and their application and
independently performs a variety of system design and integration tasks
where a specific subject matter expertise is necessary.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 20 years of general experience.

Must have data migration, data management and data cleansing experience.
Oracle database, ETL etc.

*2) Technical Lead.

*Experience in technical leadership of systems analysts/developers and the
use of structured analysis, design methodologies, and/or design tools in the
development, implementation, and integration of large software systems.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 6 years of general experience.  Six (6)
years of general experience is considered equivalent to a Bachelor's
Degree.  With a Master's Degree, three (3) years of general experience is
required.

*TASK DESCRIPTIONS

*2M Software Associates shall furnish the necessary resources required to
identify the DOT data, business rules, authoritative sources, metadata,
cleansing requirements, transformation rules, and migration test scenarios
and date sets needed to support the analysis, cleansing, migration, and
synchronization of DOT’s Registration Process and the 2010 initiative data.
They shall also interface with data modeling team to provide data
requirements for the target data model necessary to support the migration.

The contractor shall provide specialized expertise and use repeatable
processes to perform the above.  The contractor shall present the outputs of
this task to the Project Manager, address feedback provided by the Project
Manager and present how the feedback was addressed to the Project Manager.

*Task 3 – Identify Success Criteria

*2M Software Associates shall furnish the necessary resources required to
develop and document the methods by which to identify the success criteria
of the cleansing and migration of DOTs Registration Process and the 2010
initiative data from disparate sources to the target environment.  They
shall also be responsible for collaborating with DOT to identify and
document the actual success criteria.

The subcontractor shall provide specialized expertise and use repeatable
processes to perform the above.  The subcontractor shall provide a draft of
the Success Criteria to the Project Manager, address feedback provided by
the Project Manager, and provide a final version of the Success Criteria
detailing how the feedback was addressed to the Project Manager.

*Task 4 – Identify Application Impacts

*2M Software Associates shall furnish the necessary resources required to
identify and document impacts the data cleansing and migration effort may
have on existing systems (aka legacy systems) and the DOT Portal (aka target
system) using an efficient and repeatable process.
This should include analysis of DOT and existing systems that use the data,
determination of the sensitivity of the data and definition of any data
synchronization that may be needed to sustain existing system functionality
not yet subsumed by the target system that depends on data to be migrated.
Test scenarios and data sets for any needed synchronization should also be
identified and documented.

The subcontractor shall provide specialized expertise and use repeatable
processes to perform the above.  The subcontractor shall present the outputs
of this task to the Project Manager, address feedback provided by the
Project Manager and present how the feedback was addressed to the Project
Manager.

*Task 5 – Develop Data Cleansing, Migration, and Synchronization Plan

*2M Software Associates shall furnish the necessary resources required to
develop and document a data cleansing and migration plan in support of the
analysis, cleansing, migration and synchronization of DOT Registration
Process and 2010 initiative data.  The plan shall include the outputs of
Tasks 1 – 4, one or more proposed implementation strategies, a pros and cons
analysis regarding the implementation strategy(s), a risk analysis and a
contingency plan.
The subcontractor shall provide specialized expertise and use repeatable
processes to perform the above.  The subcontractor shall provide a draft of
the plan to the Project Manager, address feedback provided by the Project
Manager, and provide a final version of the plan detailing how the feedback
was addressed to the Project Manager.

*Task 6 – Perform Data Cleansing, Migration, and Synchronization

*2M Software Associates shall furnish the necessary resources required to
perform the cleansing, transformation, movement, and user acceptance testing
of the cleansing and migration of Registration Process and 2010 data in a
cleansing and migration environment.  They shall perform the transformation,
movement, and user acceptance testing of the synchronization of DOT
Registration Process and 2010 in the cleansing and migration environment.
These activities shall be conducted in accordance with the developed and
accepted data cleansing, migration, and synchronization plan.  They shall
develop a report of the results of the cleansing, migration, and
synchronization in the cleansing and migration environment.  2M Software
Associates shall support the final data migration cutover to Production.

The subcontractor shall provide specialized expertise and use repeatable
processes to perform the above.  The subcontractor shall provide a draft of
the Results Report to the Project Manager, address feedback provided by the
Project Manager, and provide a final version of the Results Report detailing
how the feedback was addressed to the Project Manager.

*Task 7 – Meetings

*The subcontractor shall participate in a weekly status meeting with the
Project Manager and report the following:
Major accomplishments for the previous week Planned activities for the
upcoming week Schedule updates Risks and issues

*Task 8 – Deliverables

*The subcontractor shall provide the following deliverables:
Success Criteria Document
Data Cleansing and Migration Plan
Results Report

The subcontractor shall provide a draft of each deliverable to the Project
Manager, address feedback provided by the  Project Manager, and provide a
final version of the deliverable detailing how the feedback was addressed to
the Project Manager.

*Task 9 – Reporting

*The subcontractor shall provide monthly updates no later than five business
days after month end, on the status of all tasks and products.  These may
reflect contract line items specified by the government to, in addition to
those identified in this SOW.  Reports shall be submitted by the end of the
month to the program manager.
Monthly status reports (MSRs) will contain cost information for (1) the
month just ended, and (2) cumulatively from the beginning of the task order
through the month just ended.

The MSR shall include the following items:

•         Narrative on the progress for each task during the period,
including percent complete for each task
•         Milestone schedule chart graphically showing progress on tasks
•         Narrative on the planned activities for the tasks during the next
reporting period
•         Hours and cost expended by task and by labor category for the
current month and for task inception-to-date
•         The MSR will be delivered as a hardcopy and a softcopy accompanied
by a cover letter.

The contractor shall provide in-progress reviews and other appropriate
reports when requested by the Program Manager.**
