Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for working with in-house development staff to design, develop, test and implement .Net applications for use and access of FileNet system. Work with customers to identify and document business requirements Perform analysis to determine system and performance impact Perform analysis of system requirements, workflow, and user interface specifications in order to code and/or configure selected system modules Develop or modify external business specifications Develop technical specifications, detailed test plans, test scripts, and test execution checklists Develop design specifications for object model, security model, workflows, customizations, and development, as well as the preparation of test plans and scripts. Construct code to meet external and internal specifications Conduct unit and system integration testing Prepare release documents Write technical design documents Participate in quality assurance peer reviews of business requirements, business and technical specifications, test documentation, and code Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results Troubleshoot technical issues Requirements: BS/BA degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field Minimum 5-7 years hands-on experience with the FileNet Panagon version and the following listed products: FileNet Content Services, FileNet Image Services, FileNet eProcess, FileNet eForms, IDM Desktop is REQUIRED Minimum 4-5 years experience constructing Workflow diagrams in collaboration with users Minimum 4-5 years experience leading the interaction with users during Workflow construction and implementing Workflows using FileNet eProcess and eForms Experience with enterprise deployments in business environments of 1,0003,000 employees Experience with formal systems implementation best practices, i.e. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Unified Modeling Lang Windows 2003 Server Experience with the following technologies is strongly desired but not required: C#.Net, Internet Information Services, ADO.Net, SQL Server 2000/2005, XML/SOAP, Application development from Use Case models, Data Modeling, Service Oriented Architecture, .Net Application Blocks, Rational Unified Process (RUP), P8 version of FileNet Candidates must be detail oriented and possess the ability to problem solve and work within a teamwork environment.
