Rate: $45 per hour range Job Description: Business Systems Analyst/Sharepoint Consultant * Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. * Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Qualfiications: * 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst required; Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred * Must have healthcare industry experience * Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Access 2003, Sharepoint and/or Crystal Report 9 * Must have experience reviewing current transparency tools used for reporting project portfolio health * Must have experience working with team to identify additional capability needs * Must have experience recommending, designing and building solution and train long-term utility player. * Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts * Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals * Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
