In this position, you will be responsible for, specifically, but not limited to the following; *Gathering requirements from functional owners and translating them into expected SharePoint sites and workflows *Integration of enterprise content with SharePoint to include, content management, content indexing, personalization, workflow, and user access management and restricting access to content. *Refresh and evolution of existing SharePoint content to ensure consistency of data, links, and processes *Preparation and maintenance of related technical documentation. Qualifications & Requirements *Expert level experience with Microsoft SharePoint technologies, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, SharePoint Designer and Web Part Development *Good Experience deploying, managing, administering and monitoring SharePoint *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field *SharePoint Administrator certification desirable, but not required *Experience focused on SharePoint API development, publishing, and windows workflow development *Strong Analytical and problem solving skills *Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills *Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision *Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, to meet deadlines and to complete time-sensitive duties, as assigned. Education/Experience o Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent training required o 5 years of overall IT experience required Responsibility level o Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor Skills o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required) o Strong ability to work independently and manage personal time (Required) o Strong knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models (Required) Sharepoint * 0 (No Familiarity) of 5 (Expert) and 3+ Yrs.
