*Position Summary* Provides senior level data warehouse architecture and ETL expertise and interfacing with customers on requirements. The individual in this position participates in all phases of the data warehouse development cycle. This person is responsible for development and maintenance of the data warehouse, and works with the team on system performance optimization and interoperability issues. *Experience ** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline * Typically ten or more years of experience in systems development and programming * Familiarity with line-of-business legacy systems * Experience as a team member on project teams in a cross-functional environment * Senior level experience in design and implementation of data warehouse required * Experienced in advanced database principles and database and ETL tuning. *Responsibilities ** Code extract and summarization routines * Code, test, and implement complex Informatica programs; develop appropriate programs and systems documentation according to established IT standards * Lead the support and troubleshooting of production systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving production problems, and providing timely follow-up on problem reports * Plan, schedule, and conduct decision support system tests; monitor test results; and take required corrective action * Develop restructure process routines; create index and view scripts * Interface with customers to determine requirements * Act as a technical team leader overseeing and guiding development teams * Provide technical direction and training to other IT personnel * Provide technical leadership in new systems development, new package system evaluations, and enhancement of existing systems; participate in structured walkthroughs and technical reviews *Skills and Knowledge ** Knowledge of Informatica * Strong knowledge and understanding of structured analysis and technical design techniques * Strong knowledge of database management and file access methods is desirable * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills * Solid project management skills in planning and monitoring projects in a cross-functional environment * Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs * Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence in the enterprise analytics team's knowledge of and concern for customers' business needs * Knowledge of any of the following is a plus: Unix, Oracle *Working Relationships *Internal: * Reports to project manager or department manager * Has close working relationship with the enterprise analytics back-end processing team and peers in other areas of IT, specifically DBAs * May lead development teams, guiding providing system architecture development and general technical and project oversight *Thanks & regards,* ------------------------------ *Vinod Kumar * *Mutex Systems, Inc* Voice : 908-822-8515 Ext: 26 Yahoo IM : vinnymuniganti MSN IM : vkmuniga...@hotmail.com vi...@mutexsystems.com <blocked::mailto:vi...@mutexsystems.com> www.mutexsystems.com Disclaimer: If you do not wish to receive these emails in the future, please reply with "REMOVE" in the subject line and include all email addresses to be removed in the message text.
