Description:
Coordinates a team or programmer analyst in the analysis, design,
development, training, implementation, and maintenance for all custom
software development including file server based database applications,
client server based applications, and intranet/web based applications.
Operations Support Skills:
-7+ years of development experience with a minimum of 5 years in Data
Warehousing
-7+ years of strong experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and
deployment of ETL jobs with a minimum of 5 years using Informatica
Powercenter 8.x/7.x/ 6.x.
-7+ years of strong experience using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
-5+ years of experience with UNIX shell scripting (Ksh/Csh),
-Experience in complete life cycle implementation of an Enterprise Data
Warehouse or Data Mart.
-Understanding of Ralph Kimball Data Warehouse methodologies and knowledge
on the various data design models like Star Schema and Snowflake models.
-Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Team Player with the
ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the development process.
-3+ years of Production Support experience
-MS Analysis Services, reporting services, SQL server experience (cubes
experience) is a plus
