That can be staffed in the following locations:

 

.         Jackson, Michigan

.         Chicago, IL,  

.         Lake Land, Florida

.         Fairmont, WV.

 

Role Description

 

.               5-10 years SAP Utility experience with 5+ years ISU-CCS
Front Office implementation experience

.               Exceptionally strong functional knowledge of  Front Office
processes

.               Knowledge and expertise in CCS technologies (CRM2005, WinIC,
CRM7, WebIC)

.               Working knowledge of Call Center operations 

.               Strong communication and client relationship management
skills

.               Knowledgeable in assessment strategies including planning,
requirements gathering, gap analysis and business case development

.               Project management experience across all phases of the ASAP
methodology

.               Experience migrating from front office processes (FOP's) to
Process Framework desired

.               Experience of Move-In/Move-Out process and transitioning
client(s) to Contract Management

.               Experience implementing Product Management functionality in
the utility sector (i.e., utilities products will be required to support the
assignment of rates to customers and CMS will not implement any
Sales/Marketing functions in Phase 1.  Product capabilities will be limited
to functions required to support Contract Management functionality in CRM
7.)

.               Experience with large Electric and Gas Utility
implementations desired

 

Function of Role

 

.               Partners with CMS to lead the CRM7/Web-IC upgrade assessment
effort

.               Leads assessment of existing production Front Office
Processes and develops strategy for transitioning from WinIC to WebIC,
utilizing Contract Management, Product Management, the Process Framework,
Standard Views, and Fact Sheets, while ensuring the plan incorporates
resolution of several organizational performance issues associated with the
current production solution and processes, and leverages Transaction
Launcher for less-critical or less-frequently used processes and
transactions

.               Lead assessment of existing IVR functionality to determine
approach for CRM 7.0 integration

.               Develop the upgrade solution path to port the current front
office processes to Web-IC/CRM7 and enabling SG functionality (SAP
Enhancement Pack 4 and 5+)

Works with internal project manager to develop project plan and associated
project preparation deliverables for Phase 1, including, but not limited to:
scope statement, schedule, resource plan, quality management plan
