·         C, Java, JavaScript, cXML (Commerce XML), AWL, XML, AML, SQL,
Weblogic, JDBC, HTML

·         Ariba Buyer 7.1, Ariba Buyer 8.1, Ariba Buyer 8.2.2, Ariba Buyer
9R1, Ariba Upstream 9R1 [Ariba Contract Workbench, Ariba Category
Management, Ariba Analysis]

·         Experience working with an offshore development and QA team.

·         Experience with the Agile Scrum methodology.



*Roles & Responsibilities:*

·         Business Analysis

·         Define and document business requirements related to system
functionality, performance, security and internal controls; document
current state and future state processes for purposes of gap analysis,
process improvement opportunities and training; obtain approvals from the
business sponsor. Perform workflow analysis, business process analysis,
finding improvement areas and use of business modeling tools. Work with
technical staff in order to clearly communicate requirements and/or issues
and collaborate on technical solutions that meet the business needs.

·         Quality Assurance

·         Identify optimal solutions or root cause of issues. Prepare test
cases based on knowledge of how the system is designed, requirements and
expected results. Execution of detailed test cases/scripts for functional
testing and regression testing. Track any issues and follow up on the
related resolution. Coordinate user acceptance testing with business
end-users of application.

·         Security & Compliance

·         Identify the security implications of change to an application.
Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery processes and
procedures. Understand and participate in or facilitate audit process
(gather data, explain processes/procedures) for compliance of systems,
standards and processes.

·         Operational Support

·         Understand system and applies that knowledge answering user
questions, providing production support / problem resolution. Devise /
modify procedures to solve system problems related to applications.
Operates with considerable latitude for un-reviewed action. Maintains
up-to-date operational documentation, user manuals and help documentation.
Service Level Objectives (SLO) management and reporting

·         Project / Change Management

Defines project scope and objectives based on both user needs, potential of
the application and industry requirements. Manages small scope/low
complexity projects or change and provides estimates and priority of work
based on ability to identify critical and less critical priorities; good
time management. Communicates in a way that demonstrates appropriate
timing, audience, content and method.
