Job Title : MS CRM 2011/2013/2015, SQL Server, SSRS Reporting Skilled Consultant Location : Minneapolis, MN-Onsite Duration : 4-12 Months Contract Interview : Phone & Skype Job Description: Leads customer discussions with customer SME and stakeholders in order to provide functional (application, domain, industry) differentiation to the relationship. Should be able to steer discussions towards constructive and least cost solutions on MSCRM Experienced with Microsoft CRM customizations and Configuration, Sitemap, Writing jScripts, Developing/Registering plug-ins, workflows and dialogs, SDK, importing data and CRM Deployment Manager Able to provide thought leadership with his/her knowledge of MSCRM application Should have Experience of Microsoft CRM 2011 upgrade to CRM 2015 Understands not just his/her domain area, but carries good understanding of all cross-linked domains to be able to independently understand interlinkages, interdependencies and devise solutions that that are cost and effort optimal Should have excellent documentation skills, very good interpersonal skills Should be able to manage configuration of MSCRM modules, be able to liaison with customer teams to glean relevant information through discussions and dialogue Should be able to work with a culturally diverse group, able to adopt different styles needed Should be able to plan work for self and team, and effectively representing them through planning tools Should be able to leverage his industry experience and his/her MSCRM skills to engage with customer’s business leads, able to work with them and lead and guide the project into effective solutions. Should take Lead for customer discussions with customer SME and stakeholders in order to provide technical differentiation to the relationship. Should have excellent background on MSCRM 2011 to 2015, with multiple projects, especially in a complex multiple system landscape Able to provide Architecture solution for MS CRM implementation Understands and should be able to articulate best practices related to application enhancement/customizations, integration with other applications are must.
