1. Genesys routing strategies using Interaction Routing Designer (IRD)
for eServices (email) and Genesys intelligent Work Distribution (iWD for
scanned mail and forms)
a. Location - Irvine, California
b. Experience – 5-8 years
c. Start date – as soon as possible in December

Experience level 8-10 years.
1) Experienced with WDE Developer (Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition
erstwhile IWS (Interaction Workspace. Experience customizing WDE using C#))
2) C#, Prism, Genesys eServices, Genesys routing, Genesys SDK
3) Configured tool for incoming call center environment
4) Able to choose best option (OOTB, Customization) rather following
either of one
5) Experienced with GVP (Genesys Voice Portal)
6) Experienced with eServices (email) – mandatory
