Working and Managing in cross-functional and global teams. 7.Hands on experience in data engineering platforms that encompass GxP concepts is a must. * Level 1* 1.A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in working in the Pharmaceutical Industry preferably in the Drug Development function. 2.Business Analyst and/or Technology/Solution Architecture skills 3.Good understanding of one or more relevant business domain(s) / technology(s) 4.Great at execution of assigned activities 5.Participate in Innovation discussions, support Innovation related PoC’s 6.5+ years of experience in Oracle Database, PL/SQL. 7.Experience in Unix/Linux operating systems. 8.3+ years of experience in Shell and perl scripting. 9.Excellent technical documentation skills 10.Knowledge on exadata, big data is plus *Level 2:* 1.A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in working in the Pharmaceutical Industry preferably in the Drug Development function. 2.Strong knowledge in at least one Business Domains and Technology 3.Intermediate business analyst and technology skills 4.Capable of managing an IT team of >=4 indirect reports 5.Agile or hybrid SDLC experience 6.Good communication, collaboration, facilitation and business partnership capabilities. Can lead a small project / application team 7.Exhibits awareness of larger architectural and business drivers and adapts solutions accordingly while identifying change opportunities in the architectural and business drivers 8.Active participant in Innovation network group, bring about innovative ideas, conduct innovation PoC’s. Engage in external industry networks- bring in best practices from the industry to drive innovation 9.Knowledge on exadata, big data is needed. 10.8+ years of experience in Oracle Database, PL/SQL. 11.Experience in Unix/Linux operating systems. 12.3+ years of experience in Shell and perl scripting. 13.Excellent technical documentation skills *Level 3:* 1.A minimum of 10+ years of experience in working in the Pharmaceutical Industry with experience in the Clinical Data Management and Analytics. 2.Be the role model and demonstrate leadership 3.Strong knowledge in more than one Business Domain and Technology in Clinical development 4.Advanced business analyst and technology skills 5.Capable of managing and leading a medium to large sized group of BTA’s as a Team lead (8+) 6.Advanced Agile and hybrid SDLC experience 7.Exhibits awareness and advanced thinking around larger architectural and business drivers and leads the charge to bring about changes to the domain/enterprise architecture and solutions accordingly. 8.Excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation and business partnership capabilities 9.Organize/run Innovation networks, drive innovations discussions & PoC’s, manage associates working on Innovations tasks. Be a thought leader in a technology/functional domain to drive Innovation. 10.Manage Innovation network group / roundtable discussions 11.Bring about ideas, thoughts, leadership in innovation space 12.Conduct and manage innovation related PoC’s 13.Scout the industry, technology space for disruptive ideas 14.Engage in external industry networks - bring in best practices from the industry to drive innovation 15.8+ years of experience in Oracle Database, PL/SQL. 16.Experience in Unix/Linux operating systems. 17.3+ years of experience in Shell and perl scripting. 18.Excellent technical documentation skills 18.Working knowledge on exadata, big data, Oracle Golden Gate, Open source databases and technologies as well.
