Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest.. *POSITION* *Senior Java Developer* *Atlanta, GA* *Long term contract* *GC and USC only* Need a Sr. Java Developer w/ Heavy backend experience, *Required:* - 10 plus years of app development in Java - All tiers but very heavy backend services exp o SOAP o Rest - Extensive exp w/ Spring framework o Using Spring Boot - Open source technologies o Using Apache CSS - Hibernate - Unit Testing o Junit o Mocking? - Oracle DB - Agile experienced – this is a hybrid environment, but would need to have some exposure to Agile or iterative methodology and have a “do whatever it takes to get it done attitude). Ideally they will have Agile exp, but if they expect it to be a pure agile/scrum environment, they will be frustrated - Size of the environment doesn’t matter as along as the attitude is right and the workload and application complexity is there. Some folks from smaller environments may have a “go getter” and flexible attitude and will do whatever it takes to get it done attitude which is good, but they have to be patient as IHG is a big company that is heavily matrixed and may take longer to push things through, so he doesn’t want someone easily frustrated folks who will be bothered by having to follow process or waiting, so folks have worked in large environments will work as well as they will not expect to be a one trick pony can juggle many things and are autonomous enough to require little oversight. *Project –* Will be working on projects related to their existing ecosystem of Loyalty applications which is basically a collection of services and they are going to be adding additional services, functions, features, customizations, to better support the business .
