IT Finance Analyst - Experience in handling/managing Budget across
projects, Invoices management, Purchase Order Management with Finance and
Procurement team.



*Competencies: *

·         Functional : TCS Finance - Reporting of Financial Instruments,
Functional : TCS Finance - Contract to Revenue



*Essential Skills:*

·         IT Finance Analyst

·         6-8 years’ experience as Finance Analyst

·         Experience in managing/tracking Project Cost, Finance Management,
Invoices management, Purchase Order Management with Finance and Procurement
team

·         Coordinating with other track PMs and collating the
financial/budget data across various programs

·         Professional expertise in coordinating across large scale
projects and tracking finance/budget for them

·         Project finance, schedule management, Scope management, Risk
management and must be able to drive multiple teams effectively

·         Project stakeholder management and reporting, focused sessions,
management cadences as and when needed

·         Strong Leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving, and
great communication skills.



*Desirable Skills:*

·         Hands-on in managing SharePoint sites, Tools to manage finance
and Reporting for projects

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Job Position:- Functional Consultant (PeopleSoft Financials)*

Location:-           Madison, WI

Duration:-          12 Month

Experience:-      8-10 years

*Role Description:*



•         Minimum, 8 years of PeopleSoft experience with more than 2
Implementation experience.

•         Must have either accounting background or sound knowledge of
finance accounting with strong GL and AP experience.

•         Must have understanding of PeopleSoft Chart Fields and Finance
Reporting (including nVision).

•         Must have experience on SQL Tools, PeopleSoft Tree.

•         Must be fluent in MS Excel and good knowledge of Pivot tables,
Lookups, macros etc.

•         Must have good analytical skills on financial data.

•         Must be able to create business requirement document (BRD) and
functional requirement document (FRD)



*Competencies:*

•         PeopleSoft Financials Core (AP, AR, GL)



*Essential Skills:*

•         Manage stakeholders for PeopleSoft requirements and understand
customer needs.

•         Suggest changes to system design to meet customer requirements
around Chart of Account Accounts Payables & General Ledger changes required
by customer.

•         Create and review BRD, FRD and other required documents for the
project

•         Setup system to meet customer requirements and to do POC for
meeting functional requirements.

•         Exposure to various functionalities and features introduced in
PeopleSoft 9.2

•         Expertise on Reconciliation, Allocation Engine, Multi currency,
Revaluation, Translation, Consolidation, Year-end processing.



*Desirable Skills:*



•         Good to have Insurance domain experience.
