This can be accomplished by: - Participate in specific phases of a Plan/build project to ensure guidance on maintainability and support. Including system integration, infrastructure and on-boarding to the help desk. - Identify and define design requirements and system requirements for the application. Ability to document clear and concisely utilizing technical and business terms. - Utilize Strong analytical skills to resolve medium to complex technical problems. Must be able to identify, mitigate and document clearly root causes for problems and propose solutions to prevent recurring problems. - Must be able to develop Test requirements that test around system administration responsibilities. Review Technical specifications and be able to represent the Support teams with this review. - Must have a demonstrated proven expertise in working with business and software vendors to resolve day to day problems or make process changes.
