*No H1’s for this role and Candidate must be local for F2F interview.* *Role:* *Solution Architect * *Duration: 3+ month CTH * *Location: Dallas, TX * *Required Qualifications:* · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline. · 8+ years of information technology experience. · 5+ years of experience as a technical consultant or in a senior technical or architecture leadership role, designing end-to-end, enterprise solutions across the complete systems development lifecycle. · 8+ years of experience with at least one of the object oriented languages such as .NET, C#, Java. · 8+ years of experience with at least one of the relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server. · 8+ years of experience with at least one of the application servers and containers such as JBoss, Fuse, Tomcat, IIS, WebLogic, Oracle Application Server. · 6+ years of experience with web services and SOA solutions using RESTful, SOAP, XML, etc. · 4+ years of experience in selecting and integrating COTS solutions. · 2+ years of Healthcare industry experience that fosters better requirements aligned to common standards and regulations (HL7, HITSP, NIST, HIPAA, ICD-10, NCPDP). · Demonstrated analysis and communication skills aligning assets and capabilities. · Collaborative, diplomatic, and articulate demeanor that encourages acceptance and support of solutions which align with strategic technology direction. *Preferred Qualifications:* · Advanced degree or relevant education. · Mobile design and development experience (cross-platform development; UX/UI design; JavaScript; CSS, HTML5). · Experience with business process management suites and a business rules engine (BRE). · Experience operating within a TOGAF-based Enterprise Architecture program. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* · Liaise with: o The product management team and/or senior business leaders to ensure alignment with requirements (business, platform, technical, functional, and non-functional) o The project manager to identify appropriate constructor/development engagement o Constructors/developers to validate feasibility & provide support throughout construction · Provide leadership and direction towards the strategic technology planning process; to include leading Proof-of-Concept engagements to assess technologies and vendors. · Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise IT principles, standards, and healthcare industry standards and regulations. · Design the overall and end-to-end systems to include the integration of applications, systems, platforms and application technical infrastructure, such as specific databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches. · Provide overall technical guidance to project teammates. · Work closely with application development teams and vendors to ensure that a coherent and consistent approach to application service design, implementation and integration is achieved. · Contribute and create technology standards and architecture patterns that define the current and future state of applications, integrations, and data domains. · Develop strong interpersonal alliances with the business, project management office, application development, and application support teams to influence positions, directions, and strategy. · Lead training and mentoring sessions with other members of the IT team. · Recommend new technologies and ideas.
