Responsible for providing HP Quality Center Administration to a large and
diverse Enterprise wide User base. Duties include consulting and partnering
with business partners to create projects, workflows and customizations,
maintain user accounts, build integrations with Quick Test Pro and Excel,
and build and maintain automated QC solutions. Utilize testing expertise and
QC skills to ensure best practices within the application, and presentation
skills to communicate project plans with business partners including Senior
Management.

Specific job responsibilities include:- Creating and maintaining Quality
Center User Accounts- Creating sophisticated workflows in Quality Center
Projects - Creating and maintaining Quality Center Projects- Creating email
notification rules within the project customizations module- Consulting with
and coaching end users on how to build scalable and maintainable project(s)-
Working with HP Support to troubleshoot problems- Creating manual and
automated testsRequirements:- Must possess a complete understanding of how
Quality Center operates and what purposes it's modules serve to it's
clients- Experience working with a large implementation of Quality Center
(more than 500 users) - Experience ensuring best practices and standards are
adhered to within the toolset- Experience with Quick Test Professional's
integration into Quality Center- Experience with the Excel Upload Tool for
Quality Center provided by HP - Experience in utilizing the OTA and SA
client libraries to build and maintain automated QC solutions- The ability
to learn new things relatively quickly- Must be able to work well with
others in a team environment Skills- Presentation- Writing- Communication
and Customer Service- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting- SQL knowledge -
VB scripting Optional - Experience installing Quality Center- Experience
patching Quality Center- Experience restoring QC projects from SQL back ups-
Experience in VAPI XP- Familiarity with WebSphere
