Ability to drive Business requirements, Solution design, fit gap analysis, CRP Sessions, Configuration, SIT/ UAT cycles and RICE Testing. 4. Strong experience in leading customer discussions, internal teams at onsite-offshore model. 5. Experience in creating Documents required in implementation cycle like Solution Design Document, BR100, MD50, Functional Test cases 6. Must have experience in Data Migration activities 7. Must have experience in Interface design (Oracle standard as well as custom) 8. Basic Knowledge of PL/ SQL, Oracle Forms, OFA will be added advantage 9. Must be able to support Go-Live issue resolution 10.
