*Position : Drupal PHP Developer* *Location : Washington DC * *Duration : Long Term* *Job Type : C2C/W2 – (GC’s and Citizens Only)* *Requirements:* · Proven software development experience in Drupal. · Experienced in the optimization and fine tuning existing Drupal code is required · Strong programming experience in Drupal, PHP is required. · Should be skilled in various aspects of web development using PHP, and Drupal 7. · 7-10 + years of relevant experience in web application development and experience with enterprise scale Drupal development is required. · Work with REST services. · Understanding of Drupal architecture. · Know caching (varnish, memcache, etc…) · Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Javascript, AJAX etc... · Experience with GIT, Drush, MySQL and Apache. · Experience with Vagrant and SOLR is a plus. · Should have good understanding and experience with the Drupal API.
