*Required:* - PMP certification required - Develop and maintain effective relationships with client, client management, direct supervisors and reports, and project team members - Work with diverse and varied functional users - Interact effectively with highly technical personnel and with a wide variety of technical resources - Translate and communicate highly technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both highly technical personnel and non-IT business users - Manage government and vendor personnel to assure all required deliverable and performance criteria are met - Prepare comprehensive supporting plans in the areas of quality control, risk management, change management, testing and other associated project management areas - Manage project development process to include monitoring project scope and change control processes - Knowledge of the Project Management process, procedures, documentation, checklists, and reporting criteria - Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning, project testing, and perform risk assessments and their associated risk mitigation actions - Knowledge of project management related IT standards and software - Possess conflict resolution skills, negotiation and mediation skills, problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent written and oral communications skills - Knowledge and demonstrated ability with Microsoft Project (Microsoft Project Online/Server knowledge/experience desired) *Mary Madona * Amzur Technologies, Inc.
