*Job Description:*





-          Above average experience and skilled in MS-Outlook, Windows 7 or
8 OS , MS-Office 2010 and 2013 (Office 365).

-          Thorough knowledge of PC operating systems, PC/Desktop skills
(Windows 7, 8)

-          Good working knowledge of MAC OS and or Virtual Machine
environments

-          Thorough knowledge of computer fundamentals and peripheral and
software operations including word processing, spreadsheets, database
management, system management.

-          Proficient with hardware life cycle practices.

-          Familiar in Active Directory administration and hardware imaging
process at an enterprise level

-          Infrastructure and domain architecture knowledge.

-          Ability to effectively work with other groups and outside
vendors.

-          Able to communicate with all levels of the organization, analyze
and resolve problems.

-          Ability to demonstrate skill in the use and repair of computer
equipment and software.

-          Proficiency in explaining technical material and developing
effective working relationships with customers and co-workers.

-          Must be able to work independently.

-          Must have transportation for possible executive home visits

-          Strong interpersonal skills.

-          Strong analytical skills.

-          Strong customer service skills.

-          Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

-          Strong English (verbal and written) skills.

-          5 -7 years’ work experience in customer services support or
having equivalent kind of skills experience

-          BS/BA in relative field or equivalent training and on-the-job
experience

-          A+, Net+ and MCP certifications preferred

-          Ability to make contacts and promote positive working
relationships with individuals from other departments.

-          Must be able to communicate on a variety of technical issues
involving applications and network issues
