We have an immediate opening for the below requirement and if you are interested fill the below details and send it to me with your updated resume ASAP. *Role: Cloud Solutions Engineer/Database Administrator* *Location: Remote* *Duration: 6+ months* *Job Description:* The main role of a Cloud Solutions Engineer/Database Administrator is to provide technical expertise to perform ERP/Database/Middleware activities in addition to troubleshooting and resolving highly complex technical problems. The key skills put to use on a daily basis are - high level of technical skills, technology stack knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Job duties are varied. Some of those job duties are described below: • Install, configure, upgrade, patch and maintain technology stacks* • Apply Security Best Practices to technology stacks* • Debug issues related to technology stacks* • Coordinate physical and logical changes to enterprise databases, enterprise middleware components, and other technology stacks* • Proactively monitor and optimize system performance using tuning methodology for ERP and technology stack • Operate independently and as part of a team including remote team members • Other duties may be assigned as needed *See Expertise Documented in Position Requirements as “ERP and Technology Stack Specific Requirements” Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience: • B.S (Computer Science/Engineering) or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered. • Proven professional and technical experience with 4 years of industry experience performing as a Database or System Administrator in an Oracle Environment. Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills: • ERP and Technology Stack Specifc Requirements: o Database Technology Stack: Oracle RDBMS 11g; 12c a plus with 4 years relevant working experience o Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) working experience and knowledge o Middleware Technology Stack: Oracle Fusion Middleware, Weblogic, Forms & Reports, Tomcat a plus o Operating system knowledge (Unix,Linux and/or Windows) • Excellent analytical, lateral thinking capability, and problem solving skills. • Proven experience in Database and/or Middleware vulnerability patching (CPUs, PSUs) Personal Competencies: • Attention to Detail is a Must • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Excellent customer focus and handling skills • Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills • Strong focus on diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems Top 3 skill sets / technologies in the ideal candidate: 1. Oracle RDBMS – Database Administration experience; Weblogic a plus 2. ERP experience in supporting RDBMS, middleware 3.
