Role: Project Manager Duration: Above 10 months Location: Washington, DC Preffred Local Candidates with GC/EAD-GC/USC SCOPE OF SERVICES • Serve as system administrator of Clarity PPM system. • Maintain the Clarity system site. • Customize the Clarity tool as necessary. • Troubleshoots system problems and implement bug fixes as necessary. • Provide helpdesk support for users of the system. • Develop reports and dashboards as requested for IT project review meetings. • Interviews customers and different stakeholders to elicit requirements • Analyzes customer requirements and translates them into system requirements. • Documents fine grain system requirements and tracks requirements to implementation.
