Please find the job description below, please go through it and let me know if you are comfortable with it and also send me updated resume ASAP at saurabh.sin...@intelliswift.com *Role:* *UI Developer* *Location:* Pleasanton, CA *Duration:* 6-12+ Months *The tasks for the UI Developer include, but are not limited to, the following: * · Create detailed technical design specifications, use cases and work closely with the SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to deploy solution from design to user acceptance · Work closely with development architect, development team, quality assurance to translate business requirements and assure quality of delivery · Design interfaces, define integration workflows and prototype solutions *Technical Knowledge and Skills:* Consultant resources shall possess most of the following technical knowledge and experience: · Possess extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for providing performant visual effects. · Must be a go-to resource for all .NET and Angular UI development requests in the project. Strong OO design and implementation using C# · Knowledgeable about client-side build automation tools (Grunt , Uglify, Compass etc.) · Proficient in Web API, Entity and Unity frameworks · Experience with test driven development and Agile methodologies · Must have thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system. · Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS *Knowledge / experience in following:* Search and Solr/Lucene with strong domain knowledge in indexing, NLP, and retrieval. Solr/Lucene, Hadoop, HDFS, Hbase, Hive, Impala, Spark Software install and configuration Search Technologies QPL and ability to write complex search queries around Solr/Hadoop. Background in Analytics – Geospatial, Temporal Strong skills in Writing non blocking code and resorting to advanced techniques such as multithreaded when needed.
