She was local to Memphis and very westernized with great communication skills. (gathering, analyzing, etc)* *Use data to improve using analytics.* *SQl server knowledge is important.* *Doing business analystis* *Building reports.* *Improving reporting.* *Under the Skills considered a plus below:* *He would like this person to have as many of those things as possible. Experience or knowledge in any of those is a major plus.
