Participate in planning session for each release and ensure that all necessary tasks are completed prior to production roll out. Serves as an escalation point for analyzing and resolving the problem and service requests and document all the findings. Liaise with other interfacing system team members and vendors to ensure that the production incidents are resolved within SLA. Responsible to review and update the technical documentation every quarter.
