Role: Siebel Technical Lead Duration: Above 9 Months Location: Brooklyn, NY **Only Candidates with GC/EAD-GC/USC** SCOPE OF SERVICES We require a consultant with extensive knowledge of Siebel application development to ensure proper functioning of the migration and integration of Genesys and Seibel to accomplish the project. The consultant will provide expertise on the interdependencies of 311 highly complex systems. Responsibilities will include: · Develop technical solutions and migrate 311 applications to target virtual servers. · Provide deployment and problem resolution. · Manage all technical aspects of Siebel migrations (Planning, Execution). · Manage lifecycle for all 311 components that are migrated (Build, Testing and Deployment). · Participate in integration, system and performance testing. · Fix any defects and performance problems discovered; track resolution of system issues. · Work with developers, designers and architects to ensure that the configured application meets requirements and performance goals.
