*Washington , DC **Contract Position* *JOB SUMMARY* Client seeking a BI/BPC Lead with 10+ years’ experience to support the implementation BI and BPC. This resource will be a part of the SAP team, supporting the SAP implementation in progress until go-live, then post go-live projects and enhancements thereafter *DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* - Leading BI and BPC enhancements with responsibility for the entire process from requirements gathering through implementation. - Knowledge/Experience if BPC Planning Netweaver v10 or 10.1 - Designing data models for reporting that will support the local, sector and global requirements. - Providing BI Governance by continuously enhancing and documenting BI Designs and Standards - Work with business owners to understand requirements and design reports and data models within the BI landscape - Ensuring that test plans, procedures and results meet expectations. - Creation and maintenance of documentation on provided solutions in forms of Business Process Procedures, Technical specifications, Unit/Integration Test Scripting and required change control documentation. - Writing both functional and technical documentation. - Responsible for immediate BI Reporting and BPC production issues. - Designing data models for reporting that will support requirements, understand SAP data relationships, support on documenting BI Designs and Standards - Creating HANA views including attribute, analytic and calculation view (both graphical and non-graphical) - Administration and management of BI and BPC Including extraction, loading and transformation of data from SAP to BI. - Working with business owners to understand requirements, and design, develop, deliver financial reports and data templates.
