*Job Description*

A Learning Domain expert with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the
Training domain, and with hands-on experience in conducting Training Needs
Analysis and interviews with stakeholders, making observations, deriving
inferences and arriving at conclusions and designing training road-map,
curriculum and plan customized to the client’s training needs.



*Essential Skills/Abilities:*



·         Learning domain experience, along  with knowledge of *Training
methodologies*

·         Experience of designing a variety of training solutions,
including blended learning

·         Experience in training delivery would be an added advantage

·         Ability to articulate well during stakeholder interviews

·         Ability to function independently

·         Good interpersonal skills

·         A strong communicator, both in written and spoken communication

·         Be organized and a self-starter; ability to think on-the-go and
come up with questions during the interview progress so that maximum
information is gathered

·         Willing to travel as this position will require the candidate to
travel to various locations across US to meet FOS clients and conduct
interviews



Responsibilities/Accountabilities



·         Work closely with FOS stakeholders and  FOS-client stakeholders
to identify training needs and trends within the business

·         Prepare customized questionnaire for each of the FOS clients to
ensure that all the appropriate information will be derived from the
interview

·         Conduct interviews with FOS stakeholders and clients to
understand requirements, pain points; assess training gaps and document
understandings

·         Design and develop Training Plan and Curriculum for each FOS
client

·         Support FOS SMEs in conducting webinars and interactive sessions
to various client groups

·         Ensure the training solution meets the expectation of FOS

·         Guide the offshore instructional designer(s) in designing
training components
