*Position : **Openspan RPA developer* *Location : **Portland, Maine * *Duration : 6+ Months* *Job Type : C2C Any Work Visa is Fine* Openspan RPA developer position *Qualifications:* OpenSpan experience is required. Extensive experience with windows and web OpenSpan adapters. Strong understanding of Interaction Framework Structure. Experience using OpenSpan’s interrogation mechanism with web, mainframe and windows applications. Extensive experience with Pega OpenSpan Automation studio. Good understanding of OpenSpan deployment model. Experienced in trouble shooting and diagnosing runtime automation issues. Experience implementing user friendly error- handling mechanisms. Experience with Agile methodology desirable. Business analyst skills to understand business need and document process Works independently and communicates well with business and able to interpret into process requirements Able to make recommendations and persuade business on when not to use OpenSpan if it is not a good fit. *Primary Duties:* Develops the framework for desktop and process automation suites. Implements well performing automation solutions to reduce manual steps and avoid occurrence of human errors. Makes honest recommendations on where an automation solution brings short-term, medium-term and long-term business value. Develops and defines automation scope and objectives, including impact to user interfaces.
