Title: *C++* *Developer*- HOT HOT HOT * * *Location: Herndon, VA* *Duration: Long Term* * Skills: * Operations Support System (OSS) and/or Network Management Systems (NMS) and/or Element Management System (EMS), preferably within telecommunications environments *Description* Senior *C++* *Developer* with experience designing, custom developing and integrating Operations Support System (OSS) and/or Network Management Systems (NMS) and/or Element Management System (EMS), preferably within telecommunications environments. Responsibilities will include working on design, development and leading the development team. System encompasses fault, configuration, performance and software deployment management. *Skills:* Must have custom software development experience and understanding development methodologies. Experience with Agile is advantageous. Must have 8+ years of experience in *C++*, 2+ year in Java J2EE Must have strong database programming experience with SQL, ODBC, clustering/redundancy preferably Mysql database. Must have understanding of Object oriented concepts, SOA, Multi threading, network programming (TCP/UDP, SNMP, SSH, SFTP, socket) . Must have Strong programming skills with Implementation experience on Web service (SOAP/XML) using *c++* and java. Exposure to gsoap, apache web server, boost library, shell scripting and make tool. Working knowledge on Unix/RHEL. Must be able to work on aggressive project timelines, manage and communicate risks and issues to project lead/manager. Must be able to work with remote teams consisting of developers and QA engineers. Experience or Exposure to web development using Java J2EE Web 2.0 technology will be advantageous.
