Verbal skills will be evaluated in the interview process and the written skills will be evaluated using the written sample as detailed below under Section B. Personnel Minimum Qualifications. *Personnel Minimum Qualifications* Vendors’ proposed personnel are required to have the following minimum qualifications: Eight (8) years of documented experience as a *Test Manager/Quality Engineer.* · *Lead Test* responsibilities in at least one (1) project with a budget over $5,000,000 in the last five (5) years. · A minimum of two (2) years documented experience with *web application security testing.* · A minimum of two (2) years documented experience developing and executing automated tests for cross-platform, internationalized, high-availability products. · A minimum of three (3) years documented experience of advanced use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio or similar applications. · *Candidate must supply a sample of writing limited to (1) page in length with their resume submittal.* The topic of the written exam shall be Web Application Testing and how following proven, best practice in the industry processes and methodologies adds value to the team and provides Return On Investment (ROI) to project sponsors and stakeholders. · A minimum five (5) years documented testing experience, within the last ten (10) years, with a complex database application containing over one hundred (100) tables that interfaced to legacy systems, supported 11,000 concurrent users, and serviced multiple components · A minimum five (5) years documented experience within the last ten (10) with object-oriented analysis and design practices and test methods. · A minimum five (5) years documented experience within the last ten (10) with *Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET 2005/2008 environment.* · A minimum of two (2) years documented experience within the last five (5) years using automated test tools, such as *Visual Studio* Team System. · Working knowledge of ISO 9000 standards for quality management systems. *C. Preferences* CDLE prefers the Contractor’s proposed personnel have the following qualification(s): Credentials.
