The target rate is $45 ph c2c all inclusive. *Project Title: ArcGIS Server Developer for the Agricultural Water Use Modeling Tool Development and .Net Maintenance Project* Introduction We are seeking an ArcGIS Server developer with experience developing web-based applications using the ArcGIS server .Net ADF and the ArcGIS Server JavaScript API. Project Description The client currently uses a client based, GIS tool (GIS Water Resources and Agricultural Permitting & Planning System - GWRAPPS) that runs against the Agricultural Field-Scale Irrigation Requirements Simulation (AFSIRS) in order to assist with the Consumptive Use Permitting decisions. The current version of the GWRAPPS application will be migrated from a legacy programming language to a web-based version using ArcGIS Server and the Javascript API.
