6+ months. Phone screen with client first step - - candidate must interview in-person thereafter. Candidate ideally will have 3+ years experience as a Lead Java Developer. The Lead Developer must have IT experience leading large projects. Expertise in the complete Software Development Life Cycle with a focus on Software Architecture, Object Oriented Programming, Distributed Objects, Designing and Prototyping, Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Internet Development Standards and Guidelines. As a Lead Developer the candidate will an expert handon on understanding of J2EE fundamentals and full cycle development, Web Services and in depth experience with Websphere. From the backend perspective, the developer must have at least 5 plus years of experience in Oracle and or SQL Server. Requirments Java/J2EE, Junit, Websphere/Weblogic, Webservices, MQ, Axis, EJB, Hibernate, IBM Load/Performance Testing Must have excellent communication skills and work well in a virtual team environment where collaboration is a must.
