2-5 years experience as a User Interface (Front end) Developer,

strong knowledge of *HTML/XHMTL*, *CSS* and *JavaScript –Very Strong in JAVA
*

knowledge of table-less CSS2 positioning for 508 Compliancy



*Plusses*

Agile methodology familiarity

understanding of cross-browser compliance version 5+ browsers in a
Windows/Mac environment

experience working with PhotoShop for layouts and design modification,
Flash, JSP and good oral and written communication



*Day to Day*

The User Interface Developer will implement front-end coding best practices
for learning and custom publishing platforms. S/he will participate in
development of a common set of Web 2.0 user interface standards and tools
which will be shared across all media technology products and will have the
opportunity to research and prototype new technologies to enhance the user
interface and user experience.  S/he will also collaborate on story boards,
wire frames, and interface flow model documents using the Agile process.
