*Rate:- $55/hr * *F2F May be Required after Telephonic* Roles & Responsibilities: . Interface with business users and managers to learn client needs. . Responsible for overseeing the process design aspect of projects to accommodate the client needs. Also, involved with the presentation of possible solutions to senior management. . Interface with technical representatives to understand what solutions are possible for current needs and also while implementation of the solutions are underway. . Manage project from the needs identification to process design and to implementation. . Maintain and continue the development of existing business applications and processes. . Coordinate onsite/offsite/offshore resources. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, high level of initiative, strong leadership skills, team motivator and team player with the ability to multitasking. Ideal Candidates with proven experience: . Must have Object-Oriented Programming, Java/J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, and Spring framework experience . Requirements Analysis, Systems Integration . Requirements Phase Management . Application/Functional Architecture . Process Design, Process Flows, and Use Case Analysis . Technical expertise in development of Web-based and distributed application in EJB or Strut/J2EE framework environment. . Experience developing applications in a Linux/Unix operating environment .
