Required Skills: Should have extensive experience in managing and monitoring Windows Server environments. Should have Production experience with Windows 2003/2008 server, IIS, MOM, monitoring, and SAN attached systems in an Enterprise environment. Demonstrated abilities in complex troubleshooting, high availability systems and capacity planning in a production environment is required. Should have experience with Microsoft Clustering, VMWARE, Microsoft SQL, Citrix, VERITAS Storage Foundation, and NAS solutions. Over 5 years of experience with High-Availability and Disaster- Recovery using technologies such as Microsoft Cluster Services and/or SRDF is a must. Should have experience automating activities using VB, WMI, or batch scripting is a necessity.
