Per the manager, the biggest priorities are webservices and experience with clustering *8-10 years on Java J2EE development and must have operated as an embedded architect in complex workflow applications in business critical domain *Thorough understanding BEA/WLS 10 setup and configuration for performance and tuning *Thorough understanding BEA/WLI 10 Server setup and configuration for performance and tuning *JMS messaging and server setup *MDB setup and tuning for optimal performance *Should have a good understanding of EJB concepts *Should be experienced in developing JPD templates in WLI10 *Sound understanding of building and deploying of Service Oriented Architecture *Understanding and work experience on Hardware and Software Load Balancer *Experience in diagnostic tools like JProbe, Wily-Introscope and other such tools to discover bottlenecks and guide thru implementation *Analyze existing J2EE application for bottlenecks and make architectural recommendations and prepare roadmap strategy *Experience in Spring framework and GWT will be an added advantage *Skilled in designing application and system architecture and guiding application development teams in achieving the final state in realistic phases *Thanks and Regards, * *Jaspal** e4Site, Inc. d/b/a Visionaire** 3290 E.
