US Citizens only as this is a DOD client. Must be able to pass a background check. *Description: * Will develop SOA based C2 systems for simulation / emulation of tactical communication terminals. Assignments will range from local control systems and GUI interfaces to in-band wide area control systems over a mobile architecture. Exposure to data networking theory, protocols, mobility and QoS issues is expected. Requirements: B.S. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 5 or more years experience with JAVA, XML and WSDL / SOAP based web services.
