Title: SAS Developer Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 1 year Brief Job Outline The candidate must exhibit a thorough understanding of data structures, data manipulation, query efficiency techniques, application development, and automation. The candidate must have a sound understanding of data processing and warehousing techniques, as well as the tools used to access data and to produce reports. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to partner with customers inside and outside of the department to understand their needs and assist them in utilizing available tools and data. The ideal candidate will possess both strong technical skills and an understanding of real estate lending. *Other responsibilities will include the following:* · Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining analytic applications and data structures needed for modeling and forecasting · Process analysis and process improvement · Creating technical and user documentation · Training customers on how to install and/or use custom built applications and data repositories · Identifying innovative techniques and/or developing utilities that can increase the speed and efficiency of the modeling tool set *Key Result Areas* * Hands-on experience in SAS * Should be able to design the reports * Sound DW/BI understanding * Ensure Customer Satisfaction Candidate Profile Essentials Experience (Approx. in Yrs) : 3+ years experience designing and developing highly efficient SAS code for use in automated data processing systems on Unix based platforms.
