*Location: Nashville, TN.* * * *Job Description:* Primary Duties We primarily need Share Point 2007 (MOSS), Share Point 2010 and IIS. This is from an engineer or architect perspective and experience should be quantified by being a Share Point administrator – not a person who updates or manages content such as a on a team site in Share Point. We are looking for individuals who have designed, installed, configured, and supported Share Point in a load balanced environment and have working knowledge of how the platform functions. This includes the databases and database schemas, search and indexing, and other core features of the product. The successful candidate will install, configure, monitor and tune the Enterprise Technology Services web platforms and provide engineering support/recovery services for the applications hosted on these platforms. This position is responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures pertaining to the engineering and operation of the ETS hosting technology platforms including IIS, Share Point, Web Logic, BizTalk and Citrix. The candidate is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and trending performance data to identify capacity needs and establishing automated monitoring. The position will require gaining a strong understanding of the Microsoft Server platform with emphasis on IIS versions 6 and 7. The position will further be working with custom developed Share Point applications understanding all aspects around deployments including the architecture of solution files, location and significance of log and trace files. In addition, the candidate will need to gain expertise on the Microsoft .NET platform with particular emphasis on security methodologies, memory management, and communication capabilities • Install, configure, monitor and tune IIS, Share Point and other web hosting technologies; establish and implement policies and procedures pertaining to deployment, security, maintenance, and disaster recovery. Will establish system performance standards and provide guidance on best practices. • Engineering and operations of technology platforms environments which includes installs, upgrades, patches, deployment, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting of hosted applications. • Assist with application integration triage assisting development with security issues, IIS settings, IIS log parsing, Avicode. • The position will require the ability to communicate and troubleshoot issues across multiple departments. • Responsible for implementation and periodic testing and support of web environments with respect to High Availability and Disaster Recovery. • Working knowledge of Active Directory, SQL server, firewalls, and load balancing equipment. • Extensive experience interacting with people at a variety of technical and management levels. Will be responsible for problem tracing, performance tuning, troubleshooting of problems related to the applications deployed ton Wintel servers. • Experience debugging technical issues based on log files, core dumps and/or exception stack traces is desirable. *PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:* *Minimum:* • Must have at least 5 years of relevant IT experience supporting web server farms in an enterprise environment using Microsoft technologies. • 3+ years of experience writing scripts in one or a combination of the following: C#, C++ or VB. Experience scripting against BigIP F5 is desirable. • Demonstrates an understanding of the web application architecture, SDLC, basic programming practices, and scripting languages. • Demonstrates a strong working understanding of troubleshooting techniques and strategies including an ability to use troubleshooting tools. • Demonstrates an ability to manage multiple project deliverables on multiple projects effectively. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems or relevant experience and accomplishments. • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills • 3+ years experience managing within ITIL, Six Sigma and/or COBIT frameworks *Thanks and Regards, *** * **Jaspal** **e4Site, Inc. d/b/a Visionaire** **3290 E.
