Job Title: ST - Network – TA - Network Facilities Implementation
Support Analyst
Location: central Illinois.

Duration: 6 Months
Max Hourly Rate: USD $44.00
Visa: Perm Resident/Citizen only

Client  currently seeks a Enterprise Telephony Infrastructure Support
Analyst to join our team in central Illinois.

CRITICAL TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
The individual in this position is required to have the following
experience/skills:
    • Experience with configurations, provisioning, and
troubleshooting telephony devices.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of telephony systems, applications and
networks utilized by our enterprise, including:
        - Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
        - Cisco Unified Connections (CUC)
        - Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)
        - Telephony network (LEC, IXC, etc)
        - Data networks
        - Update relevant documentation (topology diagrams, rack
profiles, etc)
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Service Management processes and
tools.
    • Experience desired, but not required with the following tools:
        - VOSS
        - Exony VIM
        - Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM)
        - HP Service Manager
    • Strong Cisco background. Cisco certification are recommended but
not required.
    • Ability to perform complex troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose,
and correct telephony related provisioning problems

infrastructure including the deployment/implementation of new

strong analytical and problem solving skills to solve complex problems
logically and systematically.
• Initiative:  Ability to work independently on matters of moderate to
high complexity and importance with only broad direction.
• Customer Focus: Is focused on service delivery, business partner/
customer needs, and quality of work.

4 Years- Network Administration
Other Required Qualifications/Experience:
4 Years- Experience with configurations, provisioning, and
troubleshooting telephony devices.
4 Years- Demonstrated knowledge of telephony systems, applications and
networks
