Location: Houston Duration:3-6 Months Skills: • Must have an Accounting or Finance Degree • CPA or External Financial Reporting experience (with 10-Q’s and 10-K’s) preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience • Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines • Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to communicate well with external customers • Excellent and well-developed organization and interpersonal skills • Understand the big picture and pay rigorous attention to details • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in order to meet customer-initiated deadlines • Be an excellent team player, used to achieving success through others • Be committed and passionate about achieving desired results and successful delivery • Must be able to follow established processes and recommend gains in efficiency • Be willing to share knowledge and best practices with a variety of people • Demonstrate a high proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Table 2 XBRL Consultant Qualifications Skill Area Minimum Experience Core Business Skills CPA or External Financial Reporting experience (with 10-Q’s and 10-K’s) preferred.
