*Description*
Responsible for the administration and engineering functions required to
manage, maintain and support global Messaging and Directory services,
specifically Exchange 2003/ 2007/2010 and Active Directory 2003/ 2008
*Duties and responsibilities:*
· Setting up and maintaining enterprise wide Exchange 2003/
2007/2010 and Windows Active Directory 2003/ 2008 systems
· Troubleshooting and resolving Exchange 2003/ 2007/2010 problems
· Troubleshooting and resolving Active Directory 2003/ 2008
problems
· Troubleshooting and manage Blackberry enterprise infrastructure
· Working with the teams to manage and support Messaging services,
DNS, DHCP, AD Routing for global messaging and domain environment (60,000
users)
· Ensuring integrity, availability, recoverability and stability
of the Messaging, Active Directory, and Enterprise wide environment
including Antivirus updates, Security patches and Service packs
· Maintaining Directory Services, Outlook Web Access, routing and
transports
· Management and support of Exchange 2003/ 2007/2010 servers and
connectors
· Maintaining and supporting third party applications including
Trend AntiVirus suite, Blackberry wireless, EFax, Enterprise Vault, MOM/SCOM
,SharePoint, WSUS, and SMS/SCCM
· Troubleshooting and resolving Tier II and Tier III
Messaging/Active Directory related issues following established protocol and
procedures via the service desk
· Documenting the environment along with operational procedures
*Qualifications Required *
· Four years college degree required, preferably in Computer
Science
· Minimum five years Microsoft Exchange Email experience
· Minimum five years Microsoft Active Directory services
experience
· Strong Messaging experience with expert knowledge of Exchange
2003/ 2007/2010 and Blackberry enterprise infrastructure
· Hands on experience setting up and configuring Exchange 2003/
2007/2010 systems and Blackberry enterprise infrastructure
· Expert knowledge in troubleshooting Exchange 2003/ 2007/2010
and Blackberry enterprise infrastructure
· Experience in Enterprise wide deployment of Exchange services
backbone
· Clear understanding of messaging standards and protocols
including Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS
· Broad and thorough knowledge of Windows 2003/ 2008 Active
Directory
· Experience with Blackberry wireless, EFax, ISA/TMG services,
and OWA
· Experience with MS MOM/SCOM, SharePoint, WSUS, SMS/SCCM,
MIIS/FIM, and PKI
· Must be able to proactively identify problem areas and provide
or recommend solutions
· Strong critical thinking and analytical skills required
· Excellent customer service and communication skills required
· Must be able to work independently or with a team/remote,
under minimum supervision
· Must be able to plan, organize, and prioritize
work schedule
· Willingness to work off hours and weekends as
required and be on an on call rotation schedule
· Must have Blackberry enterprise 4.6 and 5.0
management skill
· Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010 Experience
