Requirements analysis experience with identifying services and defining processing requirements in a SOA environment. Business Process Modeling experience to visualize, document, model and analyze business processes. Experience eliciting requirements that lead to identification of business rules. Demonstrated experience with handling requirements elicitation efforts spanning diverse, large and geographically disparate stakeholder sets using RAD/JAD techniques. Proven ability to document and progressively elaborate requirements using use cases; to develop general user requirements, detailed functional requirements and system specifications. Proven experience with the following tool sets: Rational Requisite Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio. Demonstrated experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Rational Unified Process (RUP) Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level and to distill complex technical and management data to a laypersons understanding with conciseness, clarity, and accuracy. Ability to organize complex concepts in written or presentation formats. Ability to clearly present information, verbally and in writing, to audiences of diverse technical backgrounds. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, innovative and creative.
