Knowledge of International business is a must. Knowledge of SWIFT MT 199 and MT 320 specifically, International payments, Letters of Credit, OFAC, Certificate of Deposits (CD) are all a must. Proficient knowledge of MS Access and Excel. Must be able to utilize MS Access for testing compares and Excel related to pivot tables. Knowledgeable of Project management methodology. Job responsibilities entail the standard business analysis duties within our Project Methodology; provide leadership in planning and analysis of highly complex applications and process, authoring operations requirements documents, define User Acceptance test plans and scripts. Assist users throughout the User Acceptance Testing. Track all defects in Quality Center/ALM and report out to various areas. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, self directed, analytical and motivated. Ability to handle multiple priorities and perform well under pressure. Required Skill sets: Expertise in Business Analysis, Reconcilement and General Ledger, SWIFT Messaging, Testing tools(Quality Center, Quick Test Pro), proficient in MS Access and Excel. College Degree required. Project Management and Business Analysis certification a plus Description: Business Systems Consultant Recognized as an expert and visionary in providing strategic business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives.Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Applies knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive organizational change and position us for the future. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by re-engineering technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business. Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff.: 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design.
