BA3 for ODOT Division of Planning. This BA assignment is for the Division of Planning at ODOT. It is intended to be a long-term assignment utilizing the BA to develop and document the workflow for all of the activities in the Division. They will also be required to participate in the creation of RFPs for resources or applications that may be identified through the process.
